Admin and Reception Officer
We are on the lookout for a passionate and dedicated Administration and Reception Officers to join our dynamic team.

Multiple roles available

This would suit someone looking to learn and grow their career in health administration and management.


Role - Intakes Officer

Duties and responsibilities include:


  • New Client Triage and Intake
  • Following up on Leads, Sales and Conversion
  • Establishing New Client Data
  • Reporting
  • Support Services to Psychologists

Role - Admin and Reception Officer

Duties and responsibilities include:


  • Greet visiting patients face to face
  • Handle and respond to patient enquiries.
  • Booking followup appointments
  • Invoicing and billing

Requirements and attributes:


  • 2 years Experience Reception and Administration
  • Outstanding over the phone customer service skills
  • Keen attention to detail with the ability to pass on information with clarity and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Hours of Work:

Part-Time, Monday - Friday


Intakes (25 hours per week)
Approx 8am -1pm


Reception (30 hours per week) -

  • Vacancy 1: 1:30pm 8:00pm
  • Vacancy 2: 7:30 1:30pm
