YOU AND YOUR ROLE

As key member of our team you will be a natural communicator who is passionate about helping people, demonstrating a natural leadership style.

The role requires a strong eye for detail, sound organisational skills, and someone that is willing to take initiative. Key Responsibilities include:

• Support and grow our existing customer relationships
• Lead by example, showcasing your outstanding sales capabilities to meet customer needs
• Motivate and inspire the practice team to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
• Communicate professionally with all stakeholders
• Work with the team to provide personalised premium solutions for our customers throughout their journey in practice and beyond
• Be willing to keep up to date with frame fashions and trends
• Marketing/Social Media experience highly desirable

Optical experience would also be of benefit, however training is on offer for the right candidate.
