About the Program:

Join our Graduate Development Program at WorkCover QLD, and give yourself the best start in the professional world.

Our
18-month program is designed to equip you with the essential skills, knowledge, and experiences to thrive in the Digital Technology field.

You'll embark on a transformative journey, working with diverse teams on purposeful projects that make a real impact.

We believe in nurturing your potential, and throughout the program, you'll be supported by a fantastic network of managers, buddies, mentors, and learning facilitators who will guide you every step of the way.

We understand that each graduate brings a unique set of qualifications, skills, and aspirations.

That's why we provide you with the flexibility to select your preferred
three-rotation placements, ensuring your experience aligns with your career goals and development opportunities.

The Graduate Development Program focuses on developing four key competencies that are crucial for your professional growth:

  • Self-awareness: Understand your strengths and areas for development, enabling you to maximize your potential.
  • Communication: Hone your communication skills to effectively collaborate and connect with teams and stakeholders.
  • Influence: Learn to influence and drive positive change within the organization and the broader community.
  • Learning Agility: Embrace a learning mindset and continuously adapt to new challenges and opportunities

A Bit About You:

  • Completed an Undergraduate degree (upcoming or recently graduated from 2021 onwards) in one of the following disciplines or similar:
  • Digital Technology
  • Information Technology
  • UX design
  • Software design
  • Creative industries
  • Computer science
  • Demonstrated passion or interest to work in a customer and clientfocused industry.
  • Strong criticalthinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
