HENDERSON HEALTHCARE:

JOB DETAILS:

Conduct evidencebased assessments on health, injury history, prognosis, employment history, and barriers
Compile written reports with clinical recommendations
Provide health coaching, return to work planning, and job preparation assistance
Conduct ongoing case management and progress evaluation

SELECTION CRITERIA:

Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Nursing and Social Work is essential.
Full and current registration in one of the above disciplines is essential (Provisional registration as psychologist with AHPRA is acceptable)
Hold valid driver's license & vehicle
