The OpportunityThis is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Business Analyst, to join our client on a 12-month labour-hire basis.

This role will be pivotal in the procurement and implementation of a Laboratory Management System (LIMS) and will involve developing a business case and value propositions for the LIMS solution.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you will also be responsible for creating and maintaining project documentation.

The RoleAs the Senior Business Analyst your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Develop business case and value propositions for LIMS solution, emphasising benefits and features
Review existing business requirements documents, identify gaps
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine functional and technical requirements for LIMS
Prepare procurement documentation, including RFQ, tender evaluation criteria, and negotiation strategies
Create and maintain project documentation, such as business requirements, user stories, wireframes, and test plans
The Ideal PersonThe ideal person for this role will have:5+ years' experience as a business analyst or consultant in life sciences
Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, biotechnology, or related field
Proficiency in LIMS implementation, configuration, and validation
Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, data standards, and regulatory requirements
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
