What are we looking for?

We are looking for an energetic and hands-on Production Assistant to support our Production and Buying team in day-to-day operational logistics including (but not limited to) ad-hoc administrative management in sample and critical path, product photographing, clothes fitting, raising and tracking of orders, filing and updating sample library.

You will also be the key coordinator, working closely with the buyers team as well as liaising with suppliers for quality control, pricing negotiations and maintaining an on-going relationship with them.

To be considered for this role, you will be keen to learn all there is to know about Ally Fashion products and have a strong work ethic with the capability to work autonomously and harmoniously in a team.

Who are you?

You will have at least 2 years' experience in production with preferably a degree or diploma in fashion as well as advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Attention to detail is a must with the ability to work resiliently under pressure to achieve high level accuracy in deliverables in a timely manner.
