Are you experienced playing the role of a servant leader to squads working on complex technical initiaitves? Can you confidently communicate with technical and none technical stakeholders?

If you'd like to be involved with the spin up of a new squad and take responsibility for your teams ways of working this role is for you.

6 month initial contract

What to expect

In the is role you will take the lead on spinning up a new squad which is currently sitting at 3 people, but should be 9.

You'll work on some awesome tech driven initiatives that will help the organisation to peronalize and automate marketing for their customers.

What else do you need to know?
You'll have responsibility for driving big room planning for your squad.

You'll also have lots of dependacies to manage both across the business and with external teams so being able to build genuine relationships with stakeholders will help you out massively.
