As the Learning and Development Advisor you will drive individual and organisational capabilities by deploying effective L&D Solutions. You will use your instructional design skills, technology prowess and ability to facilitate L&D. Creating exceptional employee experiences is your mandate.


You will project manage a diverse range of learning programs, partnering with clients to design, recommend and deliver learning solutions.

You will effectively manage communication with participants, liaising with all stakeholders and overseeing the end-to-end management of L&D programs.


To be successful in this role, you will possess experience consulting stakeholders and delivering high quality learning and development programs.

You will have a strong familiarity with L&D technology and experience independently managing time and workload to meet multiple deadlines across a range of projects.
