Part-time, - 4 days per week, flexible days

  • Approx $24/hr + Leave Loading + approx. $5000 tax savings

We now have a requirement for someone who has strong administration skills and is keen to develop skills within Recruitment/HR on a 4 days per week basis.

Our offices are based in the Brisbane CBD.


Working closely with hiring managers you will be supporting the recruitment supervisor and providing support to hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment and on-boarding process for CPL.

This is purely an internal focused role.


Responsibilities include:


  • Timely response to hiring manger requests for recruitment support.
  • Assisting with posting job adverts, some interview organising, reference checking, offers and onboard into the payroll system.
  • Collating and filing of new starter data.
  • Adhoc administration duties as requested by supervisor.

Selection criteria includes:


  • HR qualification or studying and wants to build HR experience
  • Great customer service skills.
  • Effective administration and compliance skills.
  • Highly organised and dedicated 'finisher'
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Desire to work in Recruitment /HR.
  • Willingness to be part of a team and work autonomously.
  • Blue Card and NDIS Clearance required (we can help with this).
  • COVID full vaccination.
