An opportunity has arisen for an up and coming HR Business Partner to join a national organisation on a full time basis.

Operating within the logistics sector, this 1000-headcount business has a reputation for quality, service excellence and strong values.

The Role

As the Human Resources Business Partner for the organisation's Perth operations, you will work in partnership with the WA State Manager and leadership team to support people and operational managers.

The role is standalone locally, but draws on a wider HR team located in the eastern states.

As such, the role is a blend of operational and strategic HR that offers a diverse challenge to build your skills across the full generalist remit.

Your Experience

Business Partnering: Understand business needs, drivers, HR solutions and delivery of HR strategies
Demonstrate strength in Employee Relations/

Industrial Relations:
i.e negotiations, investigations and representation

Workforce Planning: structures, position design, advice and support
Organisational Development: leadership development, training and talent development, training initiatives and programs and performance management
Performance and reward: Deliver the annual performance and reward cycle for the Division
Actively promote a positive and consultative HR style to the broader business

This full-time role will see you working out of their Perth Airport offices on a full time permanent basis.
