Our opportunity


As Sales Associate, you will support Sales Consultants by providing support with daily sales, sales centre activities, sales administration and follow ups.

Ensure that there is complete customer satisfaction when dealing with Mirvac. A Sales Associate is a trainee Sales Consultant role.


Your responsibilities will include:

Provide support to Sales Consultants, Sales Operations Executives and Sales Managers.
Assist Sales Consultants in achieving sales rates as determined by the Sales Manager.
Attend and minute weekly meetings as required.
Assist with preparing reports and documents as required.
Coordinate S&M related functions of display suite openings and project launches (weekend work required)
Assist with managing sales floor plans, sales schedules and reporting
Maintain high level of presentation and adequate stocks for display suites and sales offices.
Keep sales isometrics up to date.
Book diaries and appointments.
Attend and minute weekly meetings as required.
Liaise with Sales Coordinator and Marketing team regarding sales office and displays maintenance and cleaning.
Assist sales team with any client related paperwork and follow ups.
Build market and competitor knowledge through research and networking.
Build legal knowledge (contracts, procedures, legal representation).
Assist in the evaluation and reporting of sales and advertising activities as required.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity and report relevant changes to management.
Liaise with solicitors regarding deposits, exchanges and settlements.
Liaise with other internal departments and external stakeholders.
Your point of difference
3-5 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in a sales environment.
Demonstrate commercial / financial acumen.
Administration or sales experience.
Database management.
Real Estate Certificate of Registration / Agents Representative.
Good Microsoft Suite skills.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
