How will I help?

As the Team Member within Equipment Finance Operations you will champion the improvements in customer experience and delivery of our service promise, you will play a pivotal role in a team orientated culture including Business Partners, whilst maximising Westpac's corporate responsibility profile.

Your role will ensuring daily operational risk and compliance tasks are undertaken, as your role can impact Westpac's credit and legal position.

You will also work closely and collaborate with a range of Westpac teams, primarily in product distribution to support growth in the Equipment Finance segment through high quality and efficient service delivery.


As your skills develop, your strong problem-solving skills around analysing both processes and technical system issues will support our business to deliver upon our continuous improvement program.
