This role is based in Access, Equity & Inclusion within the Division of Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) which supports UNSW's diverse and inclusive community by working collaboratively with staff and students to drive broad and targeted positive change across the university and overseeing our equity KPIs.


Why your Role Matters
As Learning Experiences Manager you will be leading a team to support UNSW's current access, equity and inclusion goals. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to design innovative learning experiences as part of Access, Equity & Inclusion 's pre
- tertiary educational outreach programs for students from underrepresented backgrounds and contribute to a program of staff and student training. Reporting to the Deputy Director, Access, Equity & Inclusion, your role is key to furthering UNSW's Equity, Diversity and Inclusion goals.


Who You Are:
Holding a tertiary qualification, or relevant experience, in secondary teaching would be desirable.

  • Experience in developing innovative, outcomes
- oriented educational programming, resources and training.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and digital and educational technological literacy

  • Experience in codesigning, cofacilitating with students and staff and providing constructive feedback
  • Ability to communicate effectively and with influence across a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and adaptively, show initiative, solve problems, and contribute to the development of evidence
- informed strategies and initiatives for the work area.
