About the role


The role is future focused working at the forefront of systems adoption and optimisation to support the People & Culture (P&C) team, whilst being grounded in the importance of internal controls and supporting technical integration and dependencies.


Pivotal to success will be building strong, respectful and collaborative relationships with the business to support the systems governance framework and deliver improvements.


Key accountabilities include:

  • Maintaining and developing SF EC to leverage greater functionality and process.
  • Ensuring system replication and integrations are working effectively and efficiently.
  • Proactively working to understand and document data relationships, systems dependencies and interfaces to drive a cohesive comprehensive approach.
  • Developing and maintain skills and knowledge, sharing where relevant, key systems requirements, including new and improved functionality and emergent risk.
  • Use appropriate project, risk and change management methodologies to deliver upgrades, enhancements and projects relating to and or impacting EC
  • Support the P&C systems governance framework, including through the use of effective stakeholder engagement and open communications with the business, outsourced provider (IS) and the broader P&C team.
  • Performing UAT and regression testing to ensure robustness and efficacy.
  • Supporting the development, currency, and execution of test scripts.
  • As required act as interface between the business, SAP and SF to ensure needs are understood.
  • Updating relevant documentation including SF Workbooks & relevant process and procedures.
  • Supporting the identification and capture of process improvements, facilitating systems development and process improvement

About you

Essential experience required for this position includes:

  • Experience with SuccessFactors across modules, in particular Employee Central
  • Experience in working with an HR/People & Culture function.
  • Demonstrated capability and understanding of data and interdependencies with business operations.
  • Experience working within a complex corporate or similar environment.
  • Strong technology capability.
  • Proven capability in stakeholder management and engagement.

Desired experience for this position includes:

  • Experience with project and change management methodologies and impacts.
  • Experience gained in contemporary project management and tools.
  • Experienced in UAT and systems testing.
  • Ideally, you will be degree qualified in Computer Science, IT or related and be able to demonstrate significant training and experience within directly relevant role(s), within large corporate environments.
Additional qualifications in project and/or change management are highly desirable along with certification in SAP.
