_ Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer experiences in the dynamic world of e-commerce?_
Commencing early 2024 we're currently recruiting for an e-Commerce Support Specialist for an

8 month contract to be part of our e-Commerce team based out of our North Sydney office. This role will see you creating process efficiencies, collaborating with customer care, and supporting the eCommerce team in the daily operations across Sunglass Hut, OPSM, Ray-Ban, Oakley, Clearly and Costa Del Mar websites. Reporting to our E-Commerce Operations Manager this role will act as the bridge between our customers and our brands in aiming to provide exceptional service, resolve issues efficiently and contribute to a positive customer experience that enhances our customer loyalty.


Requirements for Success

  • Coordinating communication between the Customer Service and Distribution Center teams to resolve any customerrelated issues encountered on the website and within the supply chain
  • Help facilitate coordination with our store operations teams to guarantee a smooth and consistent customer experience both online and in physical stores
  • Assist in overseeing the weekly gross to net performance and the operational efficiency of the supply chain
  • Testing new website features & enhancements and managing the resolution of website functionality issues
  • Communicate any possible issues with the website functionality to your internal stakeholders
  • Assist with and execute tasks associated with the release of new features and enhancements
  • Craft recommendations and advice to drive the execution of web projects

Skills & Experience

  • Selfmanagement skills with demonstrated ability to prioritise under tight deadlines
  • Genuine passion and interest for ecommerce and excitement for the everevolving landscape of online retail
  • Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel
  • Background within retail highly desirable but not essential
  • Motivated individual with a strong eagerness to learn and grow within our team
