THE ROLE
As part of our diverse team based in
Parramatta, you will help make a positive impact on someone's life every day.
This will be a
Permanent position based in the
Parramatta office, with flexibility to work from home once training is complete.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support our claims teams to "help people get their lives back
- Contact providers and customers via phone for clarification and follow up of information in relation to reports, payment details, invoices, cheques, overpayments, recovery payments
- Work effectively as a member of our team and actively demonstrate the EML values and culture on a consistent basis.
- Collate documentation from our claim files for our internal or external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships within EML
ABOUT YOU
- A positive attitude & eagerness to learn new software and/or knowledge of MS Office software (word, excel etc.)
- You may have previous customer service, hospitality, or retail experience
- A great attention to detail and time management skills
- Confidence communicating with stakeholders and our customers
- A Team player who likes to work collaboratively and can also work independently
- High energy and eager to develop your skills and career
- You will have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
