38 hours per week, with 9-day fortnight option, meaning every 2nd Friday off.

The Role

Through our extensive growth and expansion, we have several Trade Assistant roles available at our custom built, stand-alone power system manufacturing facility.


As a
Trade Assistant, you will be supporting trades people and senior leaders in their daily tasks, adhering to safety protocols and comprehensive quality control measures.


Key Responsibilities including but not limited to:

  • Completing all assigned duties
  • General works including, manufacturing, assembly, potentially wiring and testing for the electrically inclined.
  • Updating work logs and handling other administrative duties
  • Responsible for compliance with Health and Safety policies, ensuring workplace compliance, and reporting hazards and near misses.
  • Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork.

About You

  • Ability to follow instructions and deliver on reasonable requests to perform works.
  • Being engaged, active and attentive
  • Developed interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
  • Interested in fabrication, electrical or assembly.
  • Thrive working as part of a team.
  • Enjoy repetitive tasks.
  • Great communication skills.
