The Role

The role of
Office Coordinator has been recently adapted to meet the ongoing and growing needs of the national office and team of 7.

It's a role that requires flexibility to manage a number of tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.

At its core it delivers excellence in customer service to the team and members through multiple communication channels, coordinates meeting logistics and travel, collates and produces reports and presentations, resolves operational matters (phones, IT, supplies, facilities etc) and supports the CEO and Finance Manager in managing the office.

It is the 'go to' position within in national office and provides general admin and other support as needed.


About You

Because the
Office Coordinator wears several hats, it requires a seasoned administration/customer service professional with experience in either a membership, healthcare or similar office environment.

You will require excellent IT/modern office technology skills and the maturity to prioritise a varied workload.

Communication is naturally a strength of yours and you can with ease adapt your style to your audience - be that a member with a simple enquiry/question, through to providing regular updates to the CEO and Finance Manager at meetings.


Salary & Benefits
