- Strong stakeholder engagement and management
- Assist an injured person and employer with the workers compensation claim process and provide support in the completion of relevant documents.
- Make contact in a timely manner with the injured person to ensure access to required services.
- Proactively manage the claims process to improve recovery and return to work outcomes for workers who have experienced a workplace injury or illness.
- Provide ongoing advice to stakeholders on matters such as injured workers, employers, and providers.

THE ROLE
Harness your Customer Service experience within the corporate world We have an extensive training program and dedicated Leaders and Specialists to coach, mentor and support you with your professional and personal development, ensuring you are set up for success.
As a Case Manager you will help make a positive impact on someone's life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose, whilst helping injured workers return to work or recovery after a workplace injury or illness.
This will be a permanent position, with excellent career development opportunities, based in our Sydney CBD office.
