The role:


Reporting to the Senior Manager, Customer Engagement, this role sits within the Portfolio Engagement team in the Personal Banking Cards space.

The focus of the Portfolio Manager is end-to-end campaign management and execution, engaging stakeholders across the business and externally to support delivery.


  • Oversee the endtoend delivery of campaigns and work with the team to ensure excellent outcomes through resource planning, work flow management, forward planning and more
  • Collaborate and engage with stakeholders, internal and external, including white label partners
  • Updating and sharing forecasts, campaign performance metrics, insights and future enhancements
  • Ensure full compliance and governance for campaigns, including budget
  • Aligning to overarching business objectives and strategy, considering this in key decision making

What you will bring:

In order to set up our next team member for success we are seeking

  • Experience in the Marketing space well regarded but not absolutely necessary
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills, is relationship led to understand and manage business impacts/needs to achieve positive strategic outcomes
  • Confidence in handling ambiguity appropriately whether by seeking clarification or working with the available information and your business knowledge
  • Welldeveloped time management skills, can understand the 'bigpicture' and prioritise accordingly and at times preemptively
  • Outstanding communication both written and verbal, can confidently communicate with influence to negotiate, engage and leverage key stakeholders and partners
