The Opportunity
Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join their team. You will be part of a dynamic group, providing assistance to the Centre Management team.
Responsibilities
- Directing inquiries from key stakeholders including tenants, contractors and customers
- Effectively support all onsite Centre Management staff
- Reception duties being the first point of contact for retailers and tenants
- Casual Mall Leasing Coordination
- End of Month reporting including sales figures and foot traffic analysis
- Ensure all records are kept current and up to date
- Data entry and key dates are tracked
- Adhoc administration duties as required such as liaising with contractors for insurance and managing the security register
Ideal Skills/Experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Customer service driven
- Ability to deal to work within deadlines
- Ability to communicate at all levels, building effective and professional relationships with colleagues and tenants
- Experience in using Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written communication skills
