What you'll do:


Over the first 6 months you will:

  • Work closely with the Marketing Director to align and support in the planning, build-out and growth of our Sydney marketing team:
  • Collaborate with the functional leads across Performance, Content, Social and Marketing Technology to create and deliver on aligned goals and outcomes
  • Create and optimise processes to ensure the team's operating rhythm is effective and efficient, whilst monitoring harvest budget and retainer hours
  • Drive the execution and delivery of marketing projects and campaigns for clients:
  • Using your broad marketing know-how, bring fresh campaign ideas to client meetings. All data-led of course, we know that's your jam
  • Take charge of client onboarding, ensuring it is smooth for clients and the team
  • Coordinate Pre-Campaign, Mid-Campaign and Post-Campaign discussions with clients to ensure visibility and identify potential growth areas, taking briefs, and building campaign decks to ensure a a strategic and collaborative approach across the team
  • Work with the wider team to ensure client success through performance based measurement and deliverables:
  • Support in the creation of reporting, processes and systems of record aligning with other regional teams to ensure consistency in reporting
  • Understand marketing performance metrics, measurement of campaign success and articulate this to stakeholders with key insights
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate data sources, conduct data analysis and share insights

Ongoing:

  • Keep your finger on the pulse with new trends, always looking for ways to innovate with new marketing channels, optimisations or processes
  • Share knowledge with the global team with activities, initiatives and highlights taking place in your region
  • Build upon your strategic skills by supporting with the creation and delivery of marketing strategies/projects
  • Assist with research and build out of proposals for new business opportunities
  • Proactively look for new ways to help drive more success and outcomes for clients
  • Work closely with each team lead to help them improve their processes and delivery
  • Finesse our internal processes in a way that best optimises the team's effort
