Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity in the position of Catering Assistant to support BallyCara Chefs in the preparation of food for residents including helping to maintain the smooth operation of the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

Food preparation
Kitchen operations
Ensure strict hygiene standards are maintained
Help maintain the smooth operation of the kitchen
Assist in the serving of meals in the Residential Care Facility

Skills and Experiences:

Knowledge of food handling and preparation
Ability to carry out tasks with limited supervision
Participate as a team member and establish effective working relationships
Ability to manage and prioritise multiple responsibilities and follow directions
Experience in a similar position is highly desirable

As you will be working with our Residents, BallyCara requests that you have your full COVID immunisation and be able to present this at the time of interview
