Shift Schedule: 10:00AM - 3:00PM (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) 15 hours perk week

Responsible for all aspects of Marketing - key responsibilities as follows:

Brand Management:

Development and execution of the Marketing Plan and Budget designed to build equity in the Mulwarra Export and associated Brands by engaging with our reseller and end-user groups, suppliers, Government Agencies and other interested stakeholders where advised.


Communications Strategy:

Design and execution of the communications strategy for the company - including the style, content, frequency and audience segmentation of communications.

Including management of the physical presence of the company at international trade shows

Product Management:

Responsibility for analysis of market penetration by product category and the development of global marketing campaigns that can be executed locally.

Responsible for the management of an innovation / new product development capability.

Sales Support:
Development and co-ordination of in market campaigns to support tactical sales activity by territory.

Marketing Support:

With the support of management, assume an integral role amongst the existing Mulwarra business units including its subsidiaries, any affiliate / joint venture partners from time to time, customer importers / distributors and other stakeholders, in the formation, development and execution of their marketing activities.

This may include any aspect of marketing and the associated implementation of the agreed strategy in assisting to build the businesses brand support and communications functions.


MLA/CMP Reporting:
understand, plan and manage the CMP program with MLA to ensure all rebates as applicable are received.

Activities include but are not limited to

  • Assume ownership for the Marketing function within the company
  • Work with external marketing providers (Marketing Angels) where necessary
  • Provide support to other staff in the Mulwarra group, including delegation of activities where appropriate
  • Develop marketing plans (Mulwarra and subsidiaries) in conjunction with Management team
  • Execution of a social marketing plan to be key component of role with regular posts to Instagram account. Manage and standardise Facebook and Linked In profiles also. Post at least 2 social media updates per week for all brands and subsidiaries
  • Develop and implement new product launch strategy, implement in conjunction with sales team where relevant
  • Organise, facilitate and execute all logistics around major trade shows (is Gulfood and FHA/Hofex) including stand set up and design (work with Export Solutions and MLA where appropriate)
  • Coordinate attendance at country specific trade shows with importer/distributors and provide marketing collateral, e.g. high res pictures etc
  • Manage development and implementation of ideal importer/distributor template
  • Manage website and updates with Titan Blue, external provider
  • Development of new company brochure
  • Develop and foster relationships with identified ''opinion/industry leaders/Mulwarra advocates
  • As required participate in the preparation of Request for Proposal (RFP) or Tender Documents to customers
