We are currently seeking a skilled and safety-conscious female Dogman to join our team. If you have experience in safely directing crane operators and ensuring the safe movement of loads on construction sites, we want to hear from you


Key Responsibilities:


  • Safely direct crane operators during lifting operations.
  • Communicate with crane operators using hand signals or twoway radios.
  • Ensure the safe movement and placement of loads.
  • Perform prelift inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other team members to coordinate lifting activities.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Dogman in construction or related industries.
  • Valid Dogman certification.
  • Strong understanding of lifting and rigging practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Previous experience working as a Dogman on construction sites.
