The Role
As a

Project Manager you are accountable for project planning, management & financial outcome of the project/s, including the project delivery team members directly responsible for the project's delivery.

The Project Manager will manage the successful delivery of the services that support the construction of the assigned project/s whilst achieving the Contractual obligations.

Whilst your role may vary you will typically be tasked with staff, and resource management, financial, as well as communications, safety measures, risk management and quality control.

Site visits will be on an ad hoc basis

Key Responsibilities:
Oversight and management of the delivery of projects including but not limited to

Project safety
Manage project/s performance, budgeting and periodic forecasting
Manage resources, schedules and activities to effectively manage the delivery of project
Monitoring and reporting on workinprogress (WIP)
Taking responsibility for project milestone delivery
Negotiating with internal and external stakeholders
Defining and documenting project scope and resource requirements
Defining and managing priorities against the available capacity of team members
Setting timelines for deliverables and encouraging regular iteration on deliverables
Facilitating and leading regular meetings
Documenting, managing and reporting risks
Responsibility for the implementation of Health, Safety and Quality Assurance programs in line with Company Policies, Procedures and ISO accreditation
Assisting in hiring and training of new team members
Preparing and delivering reports
Lead the mentoring and [A1]development of employees and teams
Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty and teamwork

About You

Must have experience running multidisciplined projects above $10M
Must have experience in the project life cycle.
Managing project scope
Manage project stakeholders,
Manage project timelines,
Project QA
Supporting project Cost Management,
Support HSE governance
Support project design development.
