What this job involves.

As our Commercial Manager you'll provide support in the strategic day-to-day management of One International Tower Barangaroo & Daramu House Barangaroo.

These assets offer an iconic CBD location, state of the art premium services that create an exceptional experience for tenant partners and visitors, with a focus on sustainability and environmental responsibilities.

Reporting directly to our General Manager and as part of a dynamic supportive team, this is a broad ranging role with areas of responsibility across financial, leasing, capital expenditure projects, operational, and customer service.

A snapshot of the day-to-day duties.
Proactively communicating with customers/ tenants

Establishing and maintaining a strong relationship with the building owners

Day-to-day management of leasing, reporting, capex, rent roll and debt management

Assisting the FM's and GM with completing budgets, outgoings estimate, asset plans and quarterly reports

Assisting the GM on lease renewals, lease preparation and legal agreements as well as licences including casual, carpark, storage, ATM's and telco providers

Working closely with our CRM with the customer events program, customer retention plan and ensure all building related marketing collateral is utilised effectively

Getting involved with some exciting leading-edge projects

We seek a professional who has experience in commercial/ industrial and or retail property management, with a thorough understanding of leases, deal analysis and negotiation, outgoings recovery, rent roll and expenses.

You've dealt with major tenants and big clients, understanding how their businesses work.

A fantastic attitude and superior communication skills are vital, and we'll expect you also to have great time management and organisational skills.

Most important is you want to be part of a high performing team, who are achieving business goals, making a difference, always looking at innovative and strategic ways forward.

NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence is required.
