About the role
We are looking for friendly and professional Customer Service Officer to join a fun customer service team in Mentone. You will be helping with inbound calls relating to purchase orders, requests and general enquiries. You will be a strong communicator with a passion for people and team collaboration. An excellent role that offers hybrid working arrangements.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Customer retention and dealing with enquiries and requests
Updating a spreadsheets as well as the CRM
Providing basic technical support
General administration duties
Other adhoc tasks as directed

Skills / Experience
Experience working in a similar Customer Service position, as well as:

Excellent verbal communication skills and customer service skills
A good understanding of basic technology and computers
Enthusiastic, professional and proactive approach to work
Ability to work within a high volume, team environment
Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving
This is an office based role, however retail and hospitality experience can also be beneficial.
