Xcell is seeking Mechanical Fitters to join one of our leading clients operating at the CSBP plant, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and repair of mechanical equipment and machinery.

You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of various mechanical systems, contributing to the overall reliability and productivity of the company's operations.


Duties:


  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of mechanical equipment, including pumps, conveyors, valves, and other industrial machinery.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to identify root causes and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
  • Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
- conduct precision fitting and assembly work, ensuring proper alignment and tolerances to maintain equipment functionality.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and any relevant adjustments or modifications.

Requirements:


  • Mechanical Fitting Trade certificate.
  • C Class driver's licence.
  • Working at Heights.
  • Confined Space.
