We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Practice Manager with a passion for people and leadership to join our team.

Burpengary Veterinary Practice is a thriving small animal veterinary clinic, located in North Brisbane/Moretan Bay Region.

We are well-known amongst the community for the high level of passionate care we provide to each and every patient.

We have an outstanding team of over 20 Vets, Nurses and receptionists who are knowledgeable, approachable and highly supportive.

We strive to cultivate a good culture, and a warm and inviting atmosphere, many of our team member have been a part of the team for 5 or 10 plus years.

On site staff parking and snacks are always available.

We practice an exceptionally high standard of care for all our patients, we are a busy small animal practice and have a caring client base.

About You

5 plus years Practice Manager or leadership experience
A passion for Leadership and desire in developing a team and maintaining a healthy work culture
Clinical experience/Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing is advantageous but not essential
An ability to work efficiently, both independently and as part of the team
Rx Works experience advantageous
Exceptional customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated client relationship building skills
A hard working and a handson approach to your work
A willingness to get involved with energy and drive
Effective time management and organisation skills
