- Conduct technical preinstallation tests, installations, commissioning, and both corrective and preventive maintenance on ATMs, retail, and other equipment.
- Respond promptly to all service calls within agreed upon SLA response times, minimizing machine downtime.
- Provide detailed briefings on all activities performed and collaborate effectively with relevant personnel to resolve any unresolved service calls or unforeseen issues.
- Keep customers informed on the status, progress, and outcomes of service activities, ensuring their satisfaction with service delivery and product functionality.
- Utilise corporate tools and processes for knowledge sharing and continuous process improvement.
- Diploma in Mechanical/Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
- Preferably 2 years of experience in technical and/or field services, particularly in banking, retail, or fuel servers. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to travel and possess own transportation (car).
- Teamoriented personality with selfmotivation and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced environment.
