Zoetis has manufacturing network of 29 sites worldwide, and following our acquisition of Jurox Australia, located at Rutherford in the Hunter Valley, we are now seeking to employee new team members in our Quality Department.

Position summary

The QA Systems Associate is responsible for supporting the business in the maintenance and management of the QMS (Quality Management System) and supporting the operations team regarding provision of Quality Systems activities and processes to support day to day operation.

Position responsibilities

Provide advice, guidance, and recommendations to support the manufacturing teams and processes
Review, update, creation, and approval of documents such as SOPs, batch manufacturing instructions, specifications, and work instructions.
Work with Planning to issue authorised batch documentation for both manufacturing and packaging departments.
Archive and file all released raw materials and finished goods products.
Verify updated printed materials in EPICOR / ENSUR (ECO).
To work in conjunction with Operations to assist in batch documentation review.
To work in conjunction with Quality Control to assist with test method and specification reviews.
Facilitate the initiation and closure of risk assessments within the QMS.
Maintain and facilitate documentation within the ENSUR system.
Support new product introductions.
Maintain Site Change Control System
Maintain Site Deviation and CAPA System
Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation.
To facilitate a suitable GMP training program to relevant departments as required.
