- Opportunity to work within the NSW Government
- Provide support and guidance to business unit staff on procurement, commercial, and administrative matters.
- Assist in maintaining and reconciling accounts in SAP project and Finance systems.
- Support Project Managers in accurately allocating capital, revenue, and expenses to WBS, profit centre, cost centre, and General Ledger accounts.
- Prepare accurate and timely reconciliation schedules, ensuring compliance with reconciliation register requirements.
- Provide various financial support functions, including preparing P&L statements and coordinating financial reports for divisions and production.
- Process journals in a timely and accurate manner to meet operational requirements.
- Review systems and processes and recommend improved methods to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Time management and prioritisation to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of project management systems and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address complex financial and procurement challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in SAP project and experience with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) procurement processes.
- Familiarity with financial reconciliation processes and procedures.
