This is a full time role based from our brand new head office /warehouse in Truganina VIC.


We don't expect you to tick all the boxes, because the right person for the job will be a quick learner and resourceful to succeed in their role.

You will have an end-to-end responsibility from handling customer inquiries to co-ordinating dispatches. This role offers growth and change, so adaptability is key.


About you:


The successful applicant will have:

  • 35 years of sales or customer service experience
  • Team Leadership experience
  • Able to coach, mentor and motivate team members
  • You will go over and above for our customers, doing the best you can in every interaction to exceed their expectations.
  • Superior interpersonal and crossfunctional collaboration skills
  • Strong customer focus and a passionate belief in providing exceptional service
  • Solid leadership capability to lead from the front and support a small team to succeed
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the furniture industry not required.

Duties include:


  • Facilitate growth in the trade, online store and retail areas.
  • Set strategies and evaluate performance across the business
  • Process and coordinate Quotes and Orders as required.
  • Training and coaching team, ensuring that each person feels supported to reach their full potential.
  • Manage and assist teams to resolve customer escalations.

Salary:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
