Our Waterford West Centre

Edge Early Learning Waterford West provides childcare care and kindergarten tailored to children aged 6 weeks to school age with the convenience of long daycare hours.

The newly renovated long daycare centre features modern learning spaces filled with state-of-the-art resources and spacious outdoor play areas designed to encourage physical activity and exploration of our natural environment.

Are you our next Edge Lead Educator?

As an Lead Educator, you will:

Lead a team of Educators within a room, whilst focusing on individual development and mentoring in the education, care and supervision of each child.
An ability to work collaboratively with fellow Educators to develop and implement inspirational educational programs.
Create a friendly, secure, and stimulating interactive learning environment.
Nurture and develop our team members so they confidently contribute to our children's learning.
Develop trusting and honest relationships with children, families, colleagues, management and community stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with EYLF and NQS are met or exceeded.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma in Early Childhood Education
Current Blue Card
Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID004) Certificate
Current Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificate
Prior experience as a Lead Educator is required
