About the Role


The Workshop Administrator completes all administrative tasks in relation to the maintenance and damage of the fleet, for all Brands across Pacific, in a timely and efficient manner.

The Workshop Administrator performs duties and provides services which reflect the Company's values.

Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on the location, team size, brand and any specialised or specific requirements.


What you'll do

  • Answering phone enquiries and providing breakdown assistance when necessary.
  • Processing accident reports and quotes in applicable internal systems
  • Raise, maintain and receipt Purchase Orders
  • Ordering parts where applicable
  • Processing invoices for payment in applicable internal systems
  • Liaising with vehicle repairers on quotes and invoices where applicable
  • Liaising with internal and external customers in relation to accident damage
  • Dealing professionally with internal and external customers in the course of carrying out duties.
  • Having an in depth knowledge of ABG Systems and an understanding of the current policies and procedures.
  • Attend company/manufacturer training as necessary
  • Support local Remarketing Manager with administrative tasks where required
  • Adhering to Company Quality Assurance and Uniform Guidelines
  • Working efficiently and effectively in a team environment to maintain a culture of service excellence and accomplishing organisational goals under limited supervision
  • Driving vehicles as required.
  • Other reasonable duties as requested by the Service Manager.

What we're looking for

  • Applicants must have a full and valid driver's licence, Mechanic related knowledge and skills are highly regarded
  • Previous experience in an administrative role, experience within the car rental industry is highly regarded
  • Proactive approach with high level problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
  • High level attention to detail
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook, Word and iCloud based system
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
