About the Role:
The role of Customer Technical Support is a unique opportunity to work within a thriving industry, learn and participate in the future of clean energy and join a company that is committed to being a catalyst for change.
This role will develop your technical assessment skills, allow you to engage with, and maintain relationships with manufacturers and provide you the opportunity to be in control of your own success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Quickly and accurately qualify service cases.
- Confidently direct service cases to internal and external resources.
- Drive resolution of all service cases.
- Independent problem solving, initiativebased troubleshooting and case escalation.
- Confidently provide technical information to customers of varying technical literacy.
- Liaise with inoffice Electrician(s) to escalate or confirm complex issues.
Skills:
- Solar Power and Storage System knowledge in particular brands such as
Enphase, Tesla, SolarEdge and Sungrow. With a focus on navigation and comprehension of online monitoring for outlined brands. - Have a great attention to detail.
- Initiative with tasks to followup and drive resolution.
- Renewable Engineering Degree or similar highly regarded.
- Ability to learn and develop new skills as well as a dedication to your continued and ongoing development.
- Proven ability to complete tasks within allocated deadlines.

Salary:
$60, $65,000.00 per year
Schedule:
