_Our client is an award-winning property development, management, and funds business with over 50 years' of experience as a leader in their field. Developing, owning and managing a portfolio of over 500 properties comprising industrial and commercial assets in Victoria. Their Property division is growing in sophistication, with investment in new technology. With a fabulous recently refurbished office based in the South-Eastern suburbs, you will work for a company that truly values loyalty and trust._

Your New Role

:

This is a newly created opportunity which offers a blend of FM and Property functions.

You will be supporting the GM of Asset Management and the Head of Facilities Management by providing administrative and coordination support.

Join a team of 7 across the Asset and Facilities Teams to provide assistance across an Industrial, Commercial and Retail portfolio


Your Responsibilities will include

:


  • Going out onto site and carrying out property and condition audits and inspections to ensure high standards of presentation.
  • Setting up of new properties and maintenance procedures into Urbanise.
  • Responding to ad hoc maintenance enquiries.
  • Sourcing contractors and quotations for minor project works and delivery of works
  • Assistance of make good reports and management of tenant maintenance contracts
  • Assisting the Property and Facilities teams in invoicing, budgetting and general administrative tasks.
  • Management of the CMMS system and to ensure accurate entry of property and leasing information

Your Skills and Attributes

:


_This is an opening whereby personal attributes are just as important as your employment history to date._

  • You might be working as a junior or assistant property manager, or within the facilities management area, willing to undertake your Cert IV in real estate.
    An Agents Representative Certificate will be required.

  • You will be a highly motivated, resultsdriven property professional who has a great attention to detail and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • You will be confident in systems and processes and have good allround administration skills.
  • Communication skills to liaise with all levels from tenants, contractors, team members and Directors will be paramount.
  • A positive attitude, switchedon, eye for selfstarter and a willingness to learn is vital.
  • Clean, drivers licence to utilise the company pool vehicle is also required.
