We are an Australian owned cleaning and home maintenance company.

We aim to bring our clients high quality service and to reduce the hassle they go through when needing to get their cleaning and home maintenance jobs done by giving them access to multiple services at once.


Services we offer include Residential Cleaning, Commercial Cleaning, Pressure Wash, Home Organising and Decluttering, Rubbish Removal, Home & Office Removal, Car Wash & Detailing, Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Lawn Care, Gardening & Landscaping, Tree Removal, Pest Control, Pool Cleaning, and Mobile Dry Cleaning & Laundry Services.

We are seeking experienced Cleaning Team Leaders with great customer service, leadership skills and attention to detail. Our service will support you and help you succeed in this role.

Must be willing to use public transportation to travel to job site. Travel time could be between 30mins to 1.5hrs on public transport._


You will perform the following duties as required:

  • Leading your team at the job site to ensure the job is completed to standard.
  • Working with the team to ensure the team completes the job on time at the required standard.
  • Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors in commercial and residential areas.
  • Clean commercial buildings by emptying trash cans, servicing restrooms and wiping down communal surfaces.
  • Tackle heavy cleaning jobs upon request such as post construction/renovation cleaning tasks.
  • Partake in general home cleaning, deep home cleaning and end of lease cleaning.
  • Cleaning windows in offices and homes.
  • Notify AusCleaners management of any repairs or cleaning products required.
  • Mix and dispose of all cleaning solutions appropriately.
  • Providing AusCleaners cleaning service to customers and ensuring customers are happy with each job.
We may also assign you other duties, where reasonable for your position, training and experience.


Successful applicants must:


  • Have 1+ years residential cleaning experience
  • Experience in end of lease cleaning is a PLUS
  • Be living in Sydney with eligible visa to work in Australia_(Working visa, permanent resident, Australia citizen, etc)_

Have an Australian Driver's license, driven for over 1+ years

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
From $25.70 per hour
