About us

Our Deals Transaction Services team provides comfort to both buyers and sellers by analysing financial and operational data to provide an independent view of an M&A transaction.

You will work with a team of professionals to perform financial due diligence where your client can be either the buyer/bidder of a target business, or one of the sellers.

Using data analysis techniques, leading-edge technology and access to management teams, you will work to understand the key value drivers, as well as identify any potential risks on the deal.

We specialise in financial due diligence but work with experts from across PwC to provide comprehensive business due diligence; this includes M&A advisory, tax, commercial, strategy, human resources (HR), operational, legal, environmental, social & governance (ESG), energy transition and more.

Providing high quality financial due diligence insights to our clients
Identifying key financial, commercial and operational value drivers to build confidence for our clients and help them reach their objectives

As a graduate in Deals Transaction Services, the top skills you'll need to hit the ground running are:

A degree in either Commerce, Business, Accounting or Finance
Strong financial analytical skills
An interest in how businesses function and create value
An ability to build strong client and team relationships, supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills
