Our client is a National leader in the Steel Manufacturing industry with service centres and factories all across Australia.

Due to growth, their
Lidcombe branch are in need of a Customer Service Officer to join their team in either a full time or casual capacity.


What your new role will look like:

  • In person and over the phone customer service
  • Promoting products to generate sales
  • Merchandising and stock replenishment
  • Process sale orders
  • Social media posts
  • Coordinating logistics

What you will bring to the role:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience in retail (hardware and steel highly regarded but not essential)
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
