Our client is a National leader in the Steel Manufacturing industry with service centres and factories all across Australia.Due to growth, their
Lidcombe branch are in need of a Customer Service Officer to join their team in either a full time or casual capacity.
What your new role will look like:
- In person and over the phone customer service
- Promoting products to generate sales
- Merchandising and stock replenishment
- Process sale orders
- Social media posts
- Coordinating logistics
What you will bring to the role:
- Strong communication skills
- Previous experience in retail (hardware and steel highly regarded but not essential)
- Highly organised
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
