Reporting into the Retail Operations Manager this role will operate primarily from our Camperdown Head Office.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Arrange for Faulty transfers & disposal of faulty stock.
• Investigate Short deliveries & theft of stock on delivery.
• Collating Style counts for stores
• Conducting fortnightly Box counts
• Conducting retail Audits – as & when required
• keeping track of all maintenance requests required for stores & working with relevant departments to ensure everything is fixed in a timely manner.
• Maintaining a detailed expense file on maintenance costs.
• Sending out direction for transfers as directed by Operations, following up completion, booking pick up and following through process till store receives.
• Keeping detailed record of all inter store transfers.
• Maintaining Bookadelivery – Booking all deliveries through toll, following up transfers when required etc.
• Completing costings of box movement to ensure we are not overspending on interstore transfers.
