    Attention all beach-loving, fashion-savvy managers Seafolly Australia is on the lookout for an energetic and enthusiastic leader to join our team and assist in running our DFO Alexandria store.

    You'll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in visual merchandising, inventory management, staff training and development, customer service, and sales strategies. You'll be a positive leader with a passion for customer service while fostering an inclusive and exciting working environment for your team.

    This role is for someone eager to develop their retail management career and skills.

    You will:
    • Lead and motivate your teams to exceed sales goals through a positive selling culture
    • Train your teams to deliver exceptional customer service and styling
    • Ensure your stores consistently meet the Seafolly Visual Merchandising standards
    • Complete operational tasks such as rostering, security, stock and financial management
    • Go the extra mile to ensure your customers feel empowered and confident in their purchase
    • Mentor & motivate your team to embrace the Seafolly brand and lifestyle
    You have:
    • Previous experience in the fashion retail industry, preferably as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager or Supervisor role
    • Proactive & enthusiastic approach to lead your team to success
    • Show exceptional people skills and a positive attitude
    • Have a love of collaborative teamwork and growing with your team
    • Bring your love for Seafolly fashion, the beach, and all things summer
    • A passion for customer service and building strong relationships
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • A creative eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
    • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
