About the Opportunity


Reporting to the Marketing Consultant, the Social Media Community Coordinator is a part of the leisure marketing team and is the interface between our members and customers to ensure they are heard through our social media platforms.

The Leisure social media eco-system is across 20+ social media accounts across RACV Travel & Experiences, RACV Resorts with 9 properties across Victoria, Queensland and Tasmania and RACV Club and associated dining outlets/bars.


What you'll need to be successful

  • 12 months+ experience in a social media role
  • Experience in customer relations such as retail/call centre with travel/hospitality speciality well regarded
  • Solid understanding of social media
  • Familiar with community management tool such as Brandwatch (desirable)
  • Marketing Communications/PR degree
  • Excellent communication skills e.g., copy writing and community management skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities at once in a fastpaced environment.
