About the Role

WorkPac are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Advisor to join a high performing team within the Sustaining Capital Project Team based in Cape Lambert.

Reporting to the Senior Project Advisor, the team covers multiple projects across site from Marine, Fixed Plant, Mobile Equipment - Stackers, Reclaimers etc.


Responsibilities:

Uphold RTIO Values-Care, Courage, Curiosity

Provide site support and updates to Project Leads to ensure Project safety, schedule and quality are met

Coach and mentor, our contracting partners in RTIO systems and processes

Organise site project works and liaise with area owners and stakeholders

Ensure compliance with the RTIO Contractor Management System (CMS)

Conduct regular reviews of project documentation

Ensure all incidents are investigated and that all actions are implemented accordingly

Undertake quality Leadership in the Field interactions

Assess and report on project deliverables

Collaborate with Project Leads through all phases of the project lifecycle

Skills and Experience

Strong people skills, with the ability to work with Contractors

4-5 years experience in the mining industry in a fixed plant environment

Effective communicator and influencer

Good understanding of Project Management principles

Able to work effectively in changing environments

Conflict resolution

Establish and maintain positive relationships

Problem solve complex situations

Adhere to the core RTIO values

Demonstrate Everyday respect

Be a strong communicator
