Reporting to the GM of People and Culture, you will ensure that Learning and Development programs are aligned to business strategies by promoting employee engagement in ongoing professional development, enhancing the Learning Culture and Employee Value Proposition (EVP) and ensuring that the workforce meets their goals for their learning plan.
Making a difference in people's lives, you will be developing L&D strategic plans, designing and implementing L&D solutions, analysing skill gaps, managing L&D programs, introducing future-focused learning solutions, creating a Quality Assurance Framework, implementing performance criteria, providing L&D guidance, develop L&D policies, to name a few.
