6 Month Contract Role- Melbourne CBD Location

About the role
Your role will include:
- Providing Level 1/2 IT Service Desk support to staff across Australia
- Ensuring all tickets are actioned in a timely manner
- Performing regular system checks
- Maintaining and updating system documentation as required
- Ownership of induction process for new starters
- Deployment of hardware
About you
To be successful in this role, you will have some of the below:
- 1-2 years experience in a level 1/2 service desk position
- Degree in IT or related field
- Sound knowledge of Windows 7 & 10, Office 365 and WAN Network Technology Concepts
- Experience in laptop, desktop and printer configuration, deployment and maintenance
- Excellent written and verbal communication
