THE ROLE:

The firm is seeking an experienced Marketing & Events Coordinator to join their team in either Sydney or Brisbane.

Reporting to the National Business Development & Marketing Manager, the Marketing & Events Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the firm's marketing and business development efforts.

This position will primarily focus on planning and executing various events and sponsorships.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Coordinating client events, seminars, webinars, dinners, etc.
  • Managing endtoend event logistics, including budgeting and coordination.
  • Collaborating with the Business Development & Marketing team to develop event communication campaigns.
  • Overseeing event set up, onsite management, and postevent reporting
  • Assisting with website updates, sponsorships, and general marketing tasks.

THE CANDIDATE:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • Minimum 2 years event management experience in a professional services environment.
  • Qualifications in event management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in CRM databases, emarketing platforms, and MS Office
  • Strong organisational, professionalism, communication and attention to detail skills
