About the Role:


The Hunter Valley division at CDC is looking for a dynamic, passionate and self-motivated Operations Supervisor to join their team at the Edgeworth depot.

This is an ongoing full-time opportunity reporting to the Service Delivery Manager to provide support across / for Operations.


Duties and Responsibilities:

About You:

  • A positive and motivated team player with exceptional internal and external stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Detail oriented with attention to accuracy.
  • Well organised, able to priorities effectively and manage projects to agreed timelines despite conflicting priorities.

Qualification and accreditations:

  • Advance level Microsoft Office skills.
  • MR Drivers Licence.
  • TfNSW Driver Authority or willing to obtain.
  • Paid WWC certificate or willing to obtain.
