The

Role:

Be involved in the complete sales process
Lead generation, prospecting and door knocking
Listing presentations and appraisal preparation
Open for inspections and buyer appointments
Buyer enquiries and call backs
Database management
Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors and other stakeholders
A true passion for real estate sales
Experience as a sales associate
Local Inner West market knowledge favourable, but required
Strong prospecting and lead generation skills
You love networking and have no issues with hitting the streets and door knocking
Tenacity, resilience, and drive are all essential
Immaculate personal presentation and communication skills
Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence mandatory
